Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of company information and data. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The Data Entry Clerk will report directly to the manager of internal affair.
Responsibilities
- ERP/CRM data entry
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Tto ensure data preservation
- Document preparation to the authorities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Must Have
- Secondary school / Certificated degree
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
