Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain and Logistics Controller to manage and optimize our inventory, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships. This position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, components, and finished products from suppliers to our production line and ultimately to our customers.
Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and coordinate the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- Manage purchase, inventory levels, raw materials, and components to ensure timely availability and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including customs documentation, freight arrangements, and warehousing.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly and proactively to avoid production delays.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability practices.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control (preferably in electronics or manufacturing industry).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and import/export procedures.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Experience in working with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
