Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, building and managing the sales pipeline, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening our brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and has strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid background in B2B marketing and technical product sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business partnerships.
- Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, trade shows, and direct sales channels.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analysis.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in electronics, IIoT, or B2B technical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
