Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support the design, prototyping, and production of our hardware products. This role involves developing mechanical components and enclosures for IIoT devices, working closely with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Design mechanical parts and enclosures for electronic devices using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs meet electrical and thermal requirements

Create and maintain technical drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and documentation for prototyping and production
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and support fabrication processes (e.g., CNC, injection molding, 3D printing)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturing processes.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Experience with CAD design tools and mechanical simulation software.
- Understanding of materials, tolerances, mechanical fastening, sealing, and thermal management.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electronics packaging and integration is a plus.
Nice to have
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Additional languages
- Familiarity with designing for manufacturing (DFM) and 3D printing prototyping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
